DIRECTOR - EDUCATION
The Director of Education is responsible for the management and oversight of the development and delivery of education
REQUIRED:
- Registered Nurse currently accredited with 5-7 years’ experience, preferably in Emergency Nursing.
- PhD, EdD or other related doctorate degree
- Minimum 3-5 years teaching/education.
- Minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated upper level management experience.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and administrative skills.
- Advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and other computer databases.
- Budget preparation experience.
DESIRED:
- Instructional Design experience with healthcare focus
- ENPC or TNCC faculty; CATN Course Director.
- 5 years supervisory experience.
- Previous Not-For-Profit/Association experience.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE, QUALITY AND SAFETY
Position is responsible for managing practice, quality and safety initiatives for the Emergency Nurses Association and its affiliates by interpreting best practices and regulatory requirements in the emergency care setting. This includes serving as a resource to other ENA departments and affiliates, providing leadership and mentoring to ENA members, and writing important articles on practice, quality and safety issues.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE, PRACTICE
This position will develop best practices in emergency nursing, clinical standards and guidelines, position statements, standards of practice and codes of ethics. Will also serve as a content expert on practice, regulations, disaster management and health policy for internal and external stakeholders.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the preparation of accounting and financial statements for ENA, ENA Foundation (ENAF) and departments within, and supervising payroll, accounts payable and clerical accounting function/SPAN>
REQUIRED:
-
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting or equivalent, or combination of education and work experience
-
CPA certification and/or extensive knowledge of accounting systems, accounting procedures and policies, financial management, and budgeting
-
5+ years of experience in financial accounting with experience in payroll and accounts payable systems, preferably in a similar position with demonstrated skills and proven track record of success.

2+ years of supervisory experience over at least 2 staff
DESIRED:
- Experience with Dynamics GP and FRx
- Non-for-Profit or Association experience
